REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO STAFFING

“Licensed nurse” means a person licensed pursuant to chapter 632 of NRS to practice nursing, including, without limitation, a licensed practical nurse. The term does not include a certified nursing assistant or a medication aide - certified.
