General Provisions

Moneys in the State Public Health Facilities Construction Assistance Fund allocated to a particular approved project shall be paid out in installments at the same times and in the same manner as installments of federal funds are paid out from the Health Facilities Assistance Fund pursuant to NRS 449.390.
