COLLECTION OF AMOUNT OWED FOR HOSPITAL CARE

“Responsible party” means the person who received the hospital care, the parent or guardian of the person who received the hospital care or another natural person who is legally responsible or has agreed to be responsible for the payment to the hospital of any charges incurred in connection with the hospital care.
