CHAPTER 449A - CARE AND RIGHTS OF PATIENTS
USE OF AVERSIVE INTERVENTION OR FORMS OF RESTRAINT ON PATIENTS WITH DISABILITIES

“Facility” means a facility licensed pursuant to chapter 449 of NRS that is a psychiatric hospital, as defined in NRS 449.0165, or a unit of a hospital that is specifically designated to provide care and services to persons with psychiatric or developmental disabilities.
