CHAPTER 449A - CARE AND RIGHTS OF PATIENTS
USE OF AVERSIVE INTERVENTION OR FORMS OF RESTRAINT ON PATIENTS WITH DISABILITIES

A person employed by a facility licensed pursuant to chapter 449 of NRS or any other person shall not use any aversive intervention on a person with a disability who is a patient at the facility.
