CHAPTER 449A - CARE AND RIGHTS OF PATIENTS
ADVANCE DIRECTIVES FOR PSYCHIATRIC CARE

A physician or other provider of health care who is unable to comply with NRS 449A.600 to 449A.645, inclusive, shall take all reasonable steps as promptly as practicable to transfer the psychiatric care of the principal to another physician or provider of health care.
