General Provisions

A person who is licensed or certified pursuant to a provision of this chapter other than NRS 449B.105 or a provision of chapter 449 of NRS and who contracts with persons to provide nonmedical services related to personal care to elderly persons or persons with disabilities is not required to obtain an additional license pursuant to NRS 449B.105.
