NRS 450.300: Applicability of Local Government Securities Law.

Subject to the provisions of NRS 450.290, for any hospital facilities authorized by NRS 450.010 to 450.510, inclusive, the board of county commissioners may, on the behalf and in the name of the county, borrow money, otherwise become obligated, and evidence obligations by the issuance of bonds and other county securities, and in connection with the undertaking or facilities, the board may otherwise proceed as provided in the Local Government Securities Law.
