NRS 450.690: Donations.

Any person, firm, organization, corporation or society desiring to make donations of money, personal property or real property for the benefit of any district hospital may make such donations to the district. Any such donation is effective when accepted by the board of trustees according to the terms of the deed, gift, devise or bequest of such property.
