NRS 451.023: Responsibility of surviving spouse or parent for burial or cremation of deceased spouse or child.

The spouse of a minor child or the parent of an unmarried or otherwise unemancipated minor child shall be primarily responsible for the decent burial or cremation of his or her spouse or such child within a reasonable time after death.
