ANATOMICAL GIFTS (UNIFORM ACT)

“Donor registry” means a database that contains records of anatomical gifts and amendments to or revocations of anatomical gifts. The term includes, without limitation, a donor registry that has entered into a contract with the Department of Motor Vehicles pursuant to NRS 483.340 or 483.840.
