NRS 452.070: Authority may collect fee from purchaser of plot for maintenance of cemetery.

The cemetery authority may from time to time adopt plans for the general care, maintenance and embellishment of its cemetery, and charge and collect from all subsequent purchasers of plots such reasonable sums as, in the judgment of the cemetery authority, will aggregate a fund, the money disbursed from which will provide care, maintenance and embellishment.
