NRS 452.700: Trust fund for endowment care: Exemption from process of law.

In the absence of fraud, any money in a trust fund for the endowment care of a cemetery for pets held pursuant to NRS 452.690 is exempt from attachment, garnishment or other process of law for the payment of any debt or liability of a cemetery authority, the person depositing the money or the successor of such a person.
