UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT
General Provisions

“Hospital” means any facility which is licensed by the Nevada Health Authority as a hospital and which provides care and treatment of human illness or other abnormal physical or mental conditions on an inpatient basis, including any such facility operated by this State or a political subdivision of this State.
