Regulations

Persons registered to dispense controlled substances pursuant to the provisions of NRS 453.011 to 453.552, inclusive, shall keep records and maintain inventories in conformance with the recordkeeping and inventory requirements of state and federal law and with any additional regulations the Board issues.
