NRS 457.160: Prohibition against use by person enjoined of new medicine or device before submission for investigation and testing.

No person or association against whom an injunction has been issued under NRS 457.150 may use any new or unapproved drug, medicine, compound or device in the diagnosis, treatment or cure of cancer unless such drug, medicine, compound or device has been first submitted to the Division for investigation and testing.
