PROGRAMS FOR ALCOHOL OR OTHER SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS

The Division shall use any money not needed to carry out the provisions of chapter 678C of NRS to provide programs for alcohol or other substance use disorders to persons referred to the Division by agencies which provide child welfare services as authorized pursuant to NRS 678C.830.
