PROGRAMS FOR ALCOHOL OR OTHER SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS

The Division may fix and collect reasonable fees for the sale of miscellaneous printed materials pertaining to alcohol or other substance use disorders which are purchased or prepared by the Division. The fees must be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the General Fund.
