NRS 459.003: Alternate member: Designation; powers and duties.

The member representing this State on the Western Interstate Nuclear Board may be represented thereon by an alternate designated by him or her. Any such alternate may discharge the member’s duties and perform the member’s functions to the extent and during the time designated by the member, pursuant to Article II (a) of the Compact.
