NRS 459.425: “Disposal” defined.

“Disposal” means the discharge, deposit, injection, dumping, spilling, leaking or placing of any hazardous waste into or on any land or water in a manner which might allow the hazardous waste or any constituent thereof to enter the environment, be emitted into the air or be discharged into any waters of this State, as defined in NRS 445A.415.
