Responding to Spills, Accidents, Motor Vehicle Crashes and Incidents

Any person who possessed or had in his or her care any hazardous material involved in a spill, accident or motor vehicle crash requiring the cleaning and decontamination of the affected area is responsible for that cleaning and decontamination.
