NRS 459.842: Enforcement by Department; delegation of responsibility.

The Department shall enforce the provisions of NRS 459.800 to 459.856, inclusive, or any regulations adopted pursuant to those sections, but may delegate responsibility for enforcing those provisions to suitably qualified agencies of the political subdivisions of this State.
