NRS 461.090: “First user” defined.

“First user” means the person, firm or corporation that initially installs factory-built housing or manufactured buildings within this State. A person who subsequently purchases a building which wholly or partially consists of factory-built housing or manufactured buildings is not a first user within the meaning of this definition.
