NRS 461.143: “Modular building” defined.

“Modular building” means an office, apartment, school, motel or other building, whether it is a total building or a room, which is either wholly manufactured or is in substantial part manufactured at an off-site location to be wholly or partially assembled on-site in accordance with regulations adopted by the Division pursuant to NRS 461.170, but does not include a mobile home or recreational park trailer.
