NRS 462.115: “Net proceeds” defined.

“Net proceeds” means the total amount of money collected from the operation of a charitable lottery or charitable game, less the total amount of money expended for prizes, supplies, advertising, promotion, printing, administration and other direct expenses necessary to operate a charitable lottery or charitable game, as applicable.
