NRS 462.320: Penalty for leasing or allowing use of building or vessel for lottery in violation of chapter.

A person who lets or permits to be used any building or vessel, or any portion thereof, knowing that it is to be used for setting up, managing or drawing any lottery in violation of this chapter, or for the purpose of selling or disposing of lottery tickets in violation of this chapter, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
