NRS 463.01443: “Club venue employee” defined.

“Club venue employee” means a natural person or third-party contractor who is required to register under the regulations adopted by the Commission pursuant to NRS 463.15999. The term includes:

1. Any person who provides hosting and VIP services; and

2. Any other person who the Commission determines must register because such registration is necessary to promote the public policy set forth in NRS 463.0129.
