NRS 464.060: Wagering outside enclosure or licensed establishment prohibited; exception.

Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3 of NRS 464.020, all other forms of wagering or betting on the results of any of the races or events licensed under this chapter outside the enclosure or establishment where the races, events or off-track pari-mutuel wagering are licensed by the Commission are illegal.
