CHAPTER 466 - HORSE RACING

The Nevada Gaming Commission shall not issue any license to conduct dog racing or pari-mutuel wagering in connection with dog racing pursuant to this chapter. This section does not prohibit off-track pari-mutuel wagering on dog racing pursuant to chapter 464 of NRS.
