LICENSING AND CONTROL OF CONTESTS AND EXHIBITIONS OF UNARMED COMBAT

Each promoter of a contest or exhibition of unarmed combat has charge of all seating arrangements but shall furnish to each member of the Commission who is present one ringside seat.
