NRS 474.050: Inclusion of territory within proposed district.

Any owner of lands adjacent to the borders of the proposed district may, by written application therefor filed with the board of county commissioners at or before the time of the hearing of the petition, in the discretion of the board, have such lands included within such proposed district.
