NRS 475.010: Willful or negligent failure to guard or extinguish fire; penalty.

Every person who willfully or negligently sets or fails to guard carefully or extinguish any fire, whether on the person’s own land or the land of another, whereby the timber or property of another is endangered is guilty of a misdemeanor.
