NRS 477.0325: Required consultation before adoption of regulations concerning buildings or structures.

Before the State Fire Marshal may adopt any regulation concerning the construction, maintenance, operation or safety of a building, structure or other property in this State that is a state-owned building or facility, the State Fire Marshal shall consult with the Deputy Administrator of the Public Works - Compliance and Code Enforcement Section for the purposes of subsection 9 of NRS 341.100.
