The Department shall provide suitable plates for automobile wreckers and operators of salvage pools upon payment of a fee of $12 for each set of plates. The Department shall not issue more than three sets of plates to a licensee. Such plates authorize the movement of vehicles in accordance with NRS 487.090 and 487.460.
