CONSIGNMENT OF VEHICLES

“Consignment contract” means a written agreement between a registered owner or lienholder of a vehicle and a consignee to whom the vehicle has been entrusted by consignment for the purpose of sale that specifies the terms and conditions of the consignment and sale.
