Investigations Relating to Finances of Charitable Organizations That Receive Additional Fees From Special License Plates

All documents and information submitted to the Department pursuant to NRS 482.382765 to 482.382785, inclusive, by a charitable organization that is to receive additional fees, not including a governmental entity whose budget is in the executive budget, are public records and are available for public inspection as provided in chapter 239 of NRS.
