NRS 482.478: No refund of registration fees or governmental services taxes upon rescission or cancellation of registration or surrender of license plates; exception.

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 482.463, upon the rescission or cancellation of the registration of any vehicle pursuant to NRS 482.460 to 482.475, inclusive, or the surrender of the corresponding license plates, no refund of the registration fees or governmental services taxes paid for the vehicle may be allowed by the Department.
