MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVERS’ LICENSES (UNIFORM ACT)
Violations

No person shall employ as a driver of a motor vehicle any person not then licensed as provided in NRS 483.010 to 483.630, inclusive. It is a misdemeanor for a person to violate this section.
