CHAPTER 488 - WATERCRAFT
OWNERSHIP, REGISTRATION AND NUMBERING

A legal owner may assign his or her title or interest in or to any power-driven vessel numbered under this chapter to a person other than the registered owner without the consent of and without affecting the interest of the registered owner.
