NRS 488.1827: Suspension or revocation of certificate or number if fraudulently obtained or fee was unpaid.

The Department may suspend or revoke any certificate of ownership, certificate of number or number of any vessel if it is satisfied that any such certificate or number was fraudulently obtained, or that the appropriate fee was not paid.
