CHAPTER 489 - MANUFACTURED HOMES; MOBILE HOMES AND SIMILAR VEHICLES; FACTORY-BUILT HOUSING
CONSTRUCTION, SALE AND INSTALLATION

Every commercial coach which is rented, leased or sold or offered for rent, lease or sale in this State must bear a certificate and label of compliance issued by this State if the commercial coach was manufactured on or after July 1, 1977.
