The Administrator shall prescribe the form of the contracts that must be used by a dealer for the sale and listing for sale of a manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured building or commercial coach or factory-built housing. A dealer who fails to use the forms prescribed by the Administrator pursuant to this section is subject to disciplinary action pursuant to NRS 489.381.
