CHAPTER 490 - OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLES
GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Consignee” means any person licensed pursuant to this chapter to sell or lease off-highway vehicles or any person who holds himself or herself out as being in the business of selling, leasing or consigning off-highway vehicles.
