CHAPTER 490 - OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLES
GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Consignment contract” means a written agreement between a registered owner or lienholder of an off-highway vehicle and a consignee to whom the off-highway vehicle has been entrusted by consignment for the purpose of sale that specifies the terms and conditions of the consignment and sale.
