ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY BY COMPANY FOR AIR TRANSPORTATION

In all the proceedings in relation to the sale or appropriation of real property, and ascertaining and receiving the compensation therefor for the purposes prescribed in NRS 495.070, “person” includes a municipal corporation.
