CAPTURE, SEIZURE OR DESTRUCTION OF RELEASED OR ESCAPED WILDLIFE

The provisions of this section and NRS 504.155 and 504.165 do not apply to game mammals not native to this State that are held in captivity for purposes other than as required by the Department.
