NRS 512.140: Annual report.

The Administrator shall submit annually to the Governor, and to the Mining Oversight and Accountability Commission created by NRS 514A.040, as soon as practicable after the beginning of each calendar year, a full report of the administration of the Administrator’s functions under this chapter during the preceding calendar year. The report must include, either in summary or detailed form, the information obtained by the Administrator under this chapter together with such findings and comments thereon and such recommendations as the Administrator may deem proper.
