NRS 522.082: “Unit production” defined.

As used in NRS 522.082 to 522.0878, inclusive, “unit production” includes all oil and gas produced from a unit area from and after the effective date of the order of the Division creating the unit regardless of the well or tract within the unit area from which it is produced.
