NRS 522.0864: Property rights, leases and contracts regarded as modified to conform to provisions of chapter and plan of unitization.

Property rights, leases, contracts and all other rights and obligations must be regarded as amended and modified to the extent necessary to conform to the provisions and requirements of this chapter and to any valid and applicable plan of unitization or order of the Division made and adopted pursuant to this chapter, but otherwise to remain in effect.
