NRS 528.0553: Control of erosion: Hand maintenance required in absence of other structures.

If weather or soil conditions, or both, prevent installation of water breaks, culverts or outsloped drainage structures, or any combination thereof, prior to November 15 of each year as required by NRS 528.0551 and 528.0552, the drainage of roads, skid trails and firebreaks shall be maintained by hand to prevent excessive erosion until permanent facilities can be installed.
